Terms of Service

The platform gives each creator their own branded course website and app with course building, live classes, AI lesson drafting, payments, community, certificates and analytics.

It is not a marketplace. Each studio is run by its creator, who sets prices, content and policies for their own students.

• You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity in your studio, including instructors you add.
• You must be legally able to enter a contract and to sell courses where you operate.

You own the courses, videos, documents and student lists in your studio. You give us a limited licence to host, stream, process and display that content only to run your studio.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including music, images and material created by others.

The assistant drafts outlines, descriptions, quizzes and captions from your uploads. Drafts may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving them before publishing.

You must not use the assistant to reproduce other people's courses or copyrighted material.

Plans are billed per creator per month, monthly or yearly. The Solo plan has no monthly fee and a platform fee on each sale. Paid plans have no platform fee on sales.

Payment gateway charges are set by your gateway and are separate from your plan. Taxes apply as required by law.

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your studio settings, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Creators are the sellers of their courses. Creators set their own refund policy for students and handle student requests, using the refund tools in their dashboard.

Payouts are made to the creator's bank account by their payment gateway.

Course access is for the enrolled student only. Sharing logins, downloading protected videos by other means or redistributing course material is not allowed and may lead to access being removed by the creator.

All use of the platform must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may suspend or close a studio that breaks these terms, puts students at risk or is used for fraud. Where possible we will give notice and a chance to export your content.

The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes.
